The basket weave stitch :

I think this is a great stitch to start with for beginners, and because i am new to crochet i wanted to try it out as soon as possible.

And i have finally completed a scarf using the basketweave stitch. It gives the scarf a beautiful texture and i am totally in love with it. I am hoping to use this stitch a lot more in the future :D

Here is a picture of the scarf i managed to click :

I hope my love for crochet never dies. And at this time i just want to make more and more of this stuff :D :D

Crochet for the soul!

Hi!

I have now completed my first work , it is a pair of Baby Booties :D !
I dont really have a kid in my family yet :/ , but these are the easiest things to start with :D and I am glad I made these cause they look so awesome , and I feel like making more and more of these!

I plan on starting to crochet winter wear for adults. [My mum's waiting for me to make something for her - suggestions may help ;) ]

By the way! these are patterns that i found on the internet, the blue booties, were on youtube. Michael Sellick had a step by step video for it. The one in peach is a pattern i found online through Crochet Pattern central. I'd say Crochet Pattern Central and Ravelry are the best places to start with as beginners :D !

Lemme know if you need help with any of the patterns
